This 50 minute class is all about challenging and building your muscle strength. Low & Slow Strength is a building and conditioning class focusing on lower reps and heavier weights/dumbbells. Class will be a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component.

Please bring your own mat and a challenging set of weights.
