Ditch the calorie counter and pick up something heavier. The Weight Room is a strength training class, taught by Colleen Freese, designed specifically for those who are ready to shift their focus from burning out to building up.

If you've been loyal to your cardio and strength endurance classes (and that foundation is everything!) this is your next step. The cardio and endurance work you're already doing is powerful on its own, and when you pair it with intentional, heavier strength training, the results are something else entirely.

More muscle.

A body that works harder for you around the clock. 

This class is built for you if you're ready to add that missing piece, lift heavier than you ever have, and start transforming your body in a new way: not by the numbers on a scale or a screen, but by what you can do!

Each 60-minute session is interval and rep-based; no choreography, no keeping up with the beat, just intentional, powerful movement. We'll focus on strength training fundamentals: proper form, progressive overload, and building the kind of muscle that changes your metabolism, your posture, your body, and your confidence long after you leave the gym. Your heart rate will rise and your body will burn fat  (because that's what strength training does), but there is zero cardio in this class. This is pure, focused lifting.

Whether you're new to heavier weights or just new to lifting in a group setting, The Weight Room is a safe, supportive, and zero-judgment space where you'll be coached every rep of the way.

This is body recomposition. This is strength. This is your room now.

No experience with heavy lifting required; just the willingness to show up and be coached.
